Embody Shakti Yoga Series

Embody Shakti means to embody the power of the divine feminine, to be the creative power and live it in and through our lives.  We are in a time of great change and I believe it is time more than ever, for feminine leadership to step it up. 

It requires us to step into our lives with radical love, commitment, activation and devotion to both our inner life and how we choose to serve on the outer at this time. Our devotion to our inner work is how much capacity we have to serve on the outer. 

In this series we are invited to experience the Feminine Flow of Shakti in her many forms through the physical body and elements,  feminine archetypes, story, connected to nature and mother earth. In each practice, we will weave them with the presence of the divine masculine so we can bring more balance within ourselves so we can serve at a higher capacity.

This series is a deeper dive into our bodies. Through yoga asana, movement, meditation on the elements, mantra and more we re-member our essence as women; intuitive, authentic, wise, wild and free. We learn to trust the physical sensation of truth in our bodies.
