All of nature is stirring now and showing signs of activity after the Winter sleep. Buds are about to burst on the trees and seeds are germinating. The power of the Sun is increasing. We begin to feel the energy to reach out for what we want and to take risks, strike out on our own, go for walks and connect back to the earth.

We can use the potential and fertility of this time to create opportunities for positive change in our lives and in the world.
