The feminine embodiment practices are mostly felt through direct experience. This 15 day practice will give you a sense of radical wholeness towards your deepest commitment. Whether your goal is to feel more health, define your purpose or connect with community this practice will meet you where you are and assist you in shifting old patterns. Through the embodiment of yoga asana, mudras and mantras, writing, meditation and nutritional guidelines for women and community we will cultivate a deep place of home within our bodies feeling reverence for life itself. When we are connected in this way, we stay relaxed in our power, focused on our truth and embodied instruments for awakening consciousness across the planet. We become medicine women in the modern world.
Sadhana is an awareness practice that evokes our inner medicine healing potential and keep our inner rhythms in alignment with the central support that upholds all of life.
Self healing and empowerment is not as difficult as we think it is. It is initiated within ourselves through the awareness that deep down, our bodies know what to do and how to heal with the help of each other and the natural world.
It is a practice of consciously engaging with both our inner and outer life, our darkness and our light and seeing ourselves as whole, living beings.
