Embodied Woman Immersion Study

January 2 @ 08:00 - July 15 @ 17:00

This online monthly series is for women only, health practitioners, students & teachers of yoga and anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of what it means to be embodied as a woman in these modern times.

Class meets on a group live zoom call one evening per month starting in January 2018. You will receive weekly practice videos, writing exercises and Peak nutritional guidelines in between. People who are local will have the chance to attend live, if desired.

At The End Of These Modules You Will Leave With…

Newfound clarity about your self as an embodied, whole woman.
Daily rituals to cultivate confidence, empowerment, clarity and purpose.
Life-changing insight about your authentic leadership style.
Nourishing and empowering self-care practices.
Peak Frequency Life nutritional guidelines.
A deeper inner confidence that is available to you regardless of outer life circumstances.
Skills to be a warrior and withstand the pressure of these times.
A renewed spiritual and embodied connection with yourself and other women.
Invaluable community support from the wise women in your group.
Online tools to maintain and strengthen the community of support for ongoing connection, encouragement and collaboration after the training is complete.
Concrete steps and a realistic action plan for how to apply and integrate everything you have learned.
If you are a yoga teacher you will learn innovative new tools and techniques to offer in your classes.

These modules include teachings that complement the content that was offered in my Embody Shakti teacher training and offer continuing education credits with Yoga Alliance as contact and non-contact hours. Included are practical tools and wisdom teachings to support you on your path of embodiment. Each month counts as approximately 8 hours of continuing education totaling almost 60 hours.
